My client is a fast growing and very successful company. We are currently recruiting for the position of Internal Sales Team Leader to play an integral part in the sales team within the new unit in West Yorkshire.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting 4 Regional Sales Managers in the running of their day-to-day Sales activity
• Converting Orders into Sales by way of phone, fax and e-mail
• The Products you will be selling are Premium Small Domestic Appliances
• Account Management responsibility – dealing with complaints, building and maintaining key client relationships
• Customer Service and Support

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience within Customer Service, Account Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Relations and Relationship Building. You must also have a keen interest in Sales and want to progress your career within a successful and growing company. You must be someone who is dynamic, ambitious, enthusiastic and someone who pays key attention to detail.

My client is a premier distributor of quality branded small domestic appliances and their aim is to become the market leader in the industry across the UK. The company has secured multiple contracts to handle exclusive distribution in cookware & SDA products. It provides a complete service to its cook shop, electrical retail customers and department stores. Specialising in the cook shop and electrical retail market has secured the company significant market share in such a niche market sector. Holding the breadth of stock and being able to deliver to customer requirements has seen many accolades heaped on the company.
